Production / Services
Lamination
With cotton, tencel and polyester yarn blends, a liquid-proof membrane is applied to fabrics of different sizes, air-permeable, sweat-proof, stain-proof, and similar technical functions, using the hot-melt technique.
Cloth-Spreading
Your products, which are taken into production, are taken to the laying-cutting process in all desired sizes.
Your products, which are cut in the requested dimensions with minimum waste, are delivered ready for confection.
Quality control
In our quality control unit, every inch of the products coming from the production goes through fine control.

Confection
With 30 machine sewing personnel in our factory, sewing processes are carried out in our confection department with error-free and clean workmanship.
Packaging
We pack your finished products, ready for sale, with special size packaging and your brand logo/advertising materials in line with your brand's needs, and make them ready for shipment.
Contract Manufacturing
We specialize in manufacturing all intermediate products and packaged, ready-to-sell final products, including fabric selection, sewing, and packaging, tailored to meet the specific needs of your company and brand.
Lamination Process
Lamination is applied to the desired product fabric, regardless of whether it is provided by the customer or our company, using the hot-melt technique for the following combinations:

This process ensures a strong and durable bond between the layers, enhancing the functionality and performance of the final products.
Confection
The products coming from the production are subjected to sewing in our apparel unit to create elastic and fitted bed mattress protectors, pillowcases with flaps or zippers, or custom-made items in the required dimensions.
Packaging
Once the sewing process is completed, your products are packaged and prepared for shipment, using your brand name and preferred packaging choices. They are ready for delivery with your branding and desired packaging specifications.
